I have joined in with the Lumberjack's Wife for Fat Tuesday, an accountability day for anyone hoping to shed a few pounds. Anyone is welcome to jump in or out at any time.
So...Let's take inventory of how I did this week:
I thought about pulling out my Leslie Sansone Walk off the Pounds ~ Win!
I didn't actually do it and I don't guess I can use "it's the thought that counts." ~ Fail!
I did however do sit-ups on Saturday ~ Win!
Oh, and last Tuesday I did 5 push-ups at karate with my nephew. I didn't know I could still do one push-up so I was quite proud of my 5. Don't judge - 5 push-ups was a starting place at least! ~ Win!
I made tons of junk food for the Superbowl on Sunday night and my mom, Mema and I sat around the table and ate and talked for most of the game. ~ Fail!
I've been sick the last two days and can't taste much, thus not having much of an appetite. ~Win!
I stepped on the scales for the first time in quite a while. I've been going just by how my clothes fit. Anyway, I found that I have lost 10 pounds since mid-December. ~ Win!
Perhaps I'll actually get the exercise DVD out and do it some this week. Go visit Taylor at The Lumberjack's Wife and see the yummy dessert recipes she printed along with the Weight Watcher Points she calculated!
Wooohoo for fewer pounds especially after the holidays. I rarely weigh either and use the way my clothes fit as a guide. I LOVE working out with Leslie Sansone and even have THE Man doing it for his cardio.
